The phone came in what seemed to be new condition, the pen wasn't getting recognized by phone but they did offer to send another pen but I never got to really use phone since my carries didn't work with it. I did have some issues with seller what seemed to be by them trying to pull on over me. In our exchange of messages they offer a partial refund which was a joke because it's obvious all eBay returns are fully refunded. In the end I got return label and full refund.
